Once I started properly eating and regularly excercising Iv been feeling way better!

I figured Id share my lifestye with you all!

Morning/Breakfast:

Piece of Fruit - usually Kiwi
Special K Cereal
Orange juice

Lunch:
Piece of fruit - usualy an apple
Meal replacement soup

Dinner:
Mixed leaves chicken salad
strawberries

snack:
plain popcorn
Low fat organic Yogurt.

2 Litres of water from 10 in the morning till half 9 at night, 
2 more litres from 10 at night till i sleep.

This is basically what I eat everyday - without change. I love all these foods so don't get bored or fed up of them :)

No carbs/no junk/no sodas/

Here is the run down of products you will need and how to apply them!

STEP 1: foundation: Apply MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC15 on your face.

STEP 2- your cheeks: highlight the top of your cheekbones with 'Lightscapade Mineralize skin finish' from Hayley's MAC collection available April 15th!

STEP 3- your eyes: First cover your eyelid with Mac Espresso, and apply under your eye on your lower lash line. Then Apply MAC's Carbon over the espresso and blen up towards your brow bone to give a nice smokey look!
Then apply some of MAC's Electra to the inner corners of your eye!

STEP 4- Mascara:

Apply MAC Plush Lash on your upper and lower lashes.

STEP 5: Eyeliner.
Apply MAC's Kohl eyeliner in 'Smoulder' along your waterline!

STEP 6 - Lips:

MAC's Prime Noir is the perfect shade that Hayley is wearing, it is a dark dark plum/maroon.

STEP 7 - Nails
Hayley is wearing 'Riot Gear bright true orange nail polish which is also from her MAC collection available April 15th.

Like most of the world, I was assuming Kim & Kanye would keep the 'K' tradition: something like Kimye, Klarissa or Karina but it seems Kanye has other plans...

According to The Sun, a source told them the singer has revealed he wants to name his daughter 'North' as it fits with his surname 'West'....yes people her name would be North West...like a compass....

I wonder what Kim thinks of this!

I just got Cinfirmation that in March I will be travelling over from Ireland to meet and chat with the guys and girl of Halestorm right before their Bournemouth UK gig!

I am quite a fan of this band and i am looking forward to this so much!
Il be bringing my boyfriend with me for the adventure!

I can't wait to chat with Lzzy and get a photo with her!

Today I got a bunch of material and an Overlocker machine FOR FREE!

I cant wait to start coming up with designs for some of the material, here's one I started working on!
Its a draped dress but its early stages so the design could change!

Wow, Its 2013? so the world didnt end then YAY! 
January 2nd was my 21st birthday, I.FEEL.OLD. - simple.

Im really looking forward to the rest of this year. Everything about last year was great/perfect.
Iv never felt so painfully optimistic about life in general before!
My band This Rising Tide achieved more then I honestly thought we would in such a short length of time.
Moving out and spending everyday with my soul mate Declan was amazing. Iv never felt so whole.
Which is amusing to me cause most people dont know and wont know my life through my teenage years literally up to the age of 19. It wasnt fun. I wasnt whole. But its cazy how one meeting with someone sparks off something in you that you thought was long gone. Everyday I wake, thats what im thankful for, that spark. feeling ALIVE.

Iv started setting my sights on big plans. which should keep me busy.
my youtube channel is going to get a serious overhaul and Im looking into more editing techniques and i have some companies lined up to send me products.

I have started reading loads more DC stuff, mainly cause i can only really get my Marvel xmen stuff in Dublin and im not up there enough so iv started to read more stories from the DC universe.

Im happy/overjoyed/optimistic/in love/eager and gunning for 2013!

Great News guys!

My band and I have been nominated for an award in the best metal.heavy rock section of the MRU Awards ceremony!

It will be on Sunday night in Dublin city, capital of Ireland!

This is gonna be a series of blogs - very personal ones!

Weight.
Ever since i was a little girl my mom sort of instilled a weight complex into me - NOT intentionally, but things she would say would always hit home and affect me.
Now at 20, I still complain about not being happy with my body but never actually do anything to change it.
Id forever compare myself to other girls bodies and think wouldnt i be so much happier & confident if i just got off my ass?
Thankfully i have an awesome boyfriend who isnt shallow or looks obsessed but I still dont feel or look how i want to and until i do I wont ever be 100% happy. 
Now dont get me wrong, i dont believe Im overweight, but i know a little toning here and there wouldnt go a miss!
I want to increase my fitness and tone up and healthly lose any extra weight in the process! :) 

SO! 
I sort of woke up one day and i was just ready to do it. Id try in the past but get out of the exercise routine and not see immediate effects and give up.
But now, Im doing it seriously and im going to share the adventure with you guys!
